Data security

  • All patient data is securely located either in PACS or the nordicMEDiVA server. No data is transferred to reading stations or client PC for an extra layer of security.

  • The nordicMEDiVA platform uses the latest in secure encryption technologies to encrypt data sent between nordicMEDiVA and the client’s server.

  • An audit log is kept to track which users had access to which data and at what time.

  • Any user doing any action in nordicMEDiVA has to be authenticated. User profiles are administered by a system admin or through the hospital’s Entra ID/Active Directory.
